By accessing or using Venture Atlas ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Venture Atlas is a marketplace connecting business opportunity owners ("Listing Owners") with qualified buyers ("Buyers") and advisors. We provide tools for listing business opportunities, lead management, and advisor matching.

3. Listing Owner Terms

Listing Owners pay an annual fee of $399 to publish business opportunities on the Platform. By listing, you represent that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You have the legal right to sell or represent the listed opportunity
• You will respond to qualified buyer inquiries in a timely manner

4. Buyer Terms

Buyers may access listing details for a fee of $29.99. All information provided in lead forms is shared with the relevant Listing Owner. Venture Atlas does not guarantee the accuracy of listings.

5. Fees and Payments

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent business opportunities, or to engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

Venture Atlas is a marketplace intermediary and is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the outcome of transactions, or business decisions made by users based on Platform content.
